“Toronto Centre Liberal candidate Glen Murray, joined the Hon. Gerry Phillips, MPP Scarborough-Agincourt at a reception to celebrate Toronto’s multilingual media. Murray said that he wants to keep building a city which is as global, as it is local. He praised the importance of the multilingual media and called Toronto Centre a “world in a constituency”. The Toronto Centre by-election is Feb 4^th.
